Champagne Cocktail (Mango, Orange Guava, Raspberry Pear, Ginger or Cranberry Pear Balsamic)
/Sounds pretty fancy, but it’s really just a drizzle of fruity white balsamic into champagne with matching fruit for garnish. We only use white balsamic because of their fruity nature and the resulting colors are appealing. It is very pretty and extremely delicious. Also, it’s fun to make a cocktail bar and let your friends choose their own recipe.
To make the champagne cocktail:
Fill a champagne glass 3/4 full
Add 1/2 ounce of your selected white balsamic vinegar, it will fizz a bit when you pour it in
Stir to mix the vinegar and champagne
Add matching garnish
Suggestions…
Select a drier or sweeter champagne to match the tart or sweet nature of the selected white balsamic flavor for example, we selected the following:
Drier champagne for mango, raspberry pear, and orange guava

Select a garnish to match the selected white balsamic flavor, for example we selected the following:
Fresh sliced mango for mango balsamic
Fresh raspberries for raspberry pear balsamic
Fresh mandarin or orange slices for orange guava balsamic
Candied ginger pieces for ginger balsamic
