Peel carrots and cut into bite sized pieces.
Steam carrots until fork tender.
Drain carrots and place them in a saucepan over low heat.
Drizzle liberally with orange guava balsamic vinegar.
Add a tablespoon of light colored fruit jam (like peach, candy cane fig, or golden plum).
Stir over medium heat until well coated.
Serve warm, optionally with a dollop of sour cream on top!
