Honey Mustard Balsamic Glaze (Maple Balsamic)
/This glaze works year round for indoor or outdoor grilling. It is great with chicken drumsticks and thighs, pork tenderloin chops, and salmon.
To make the glaze simply add equal parts of each
of the following three things:
stone ground mustard (a seed filled pungent delight)
avocado honey (a dark amber earthy tasting sweetness)
Maple balsamic vinegar (maple syrupy balsamic tang)
Baste as you go, brush finish while resting, or just dip and eat ... all work great!
