Flavored California Olive Oils
All of our flavored olive oils are hand bottled in our very own facility in Southern California using only real ingredients, not anything artificially created in a lab. We always produce in small batches (around 10 liters) to ensure quality and flavor. We offer three types of flavored olive oils:
Infused: Extra virgin olive oils are infused with the purest, most flavorful essential oils steam distilled from fresh herbs.
Co-Pressed: Olives are cold pressed within hours of picking with fresh tree-ripened citrus or peppers.
Smoked: Extra virgin olive oil is hand smoked in a specially designed cold-smoker using a hand selected blend of sweet and aromatic woods.
Pairings Info: Pairing suggestions are usually provided in our product descriptions. You can also pop over to our Perfect Pairings page for discounts on well, perfect pairings.
Infused Olive Oil - Renaissance Blend **NEW!**
Infused Olive Oil - Renaissance Blend **NEW!**
Our renaissance blend has it's roots in classic poultry seasoning, a combination of thyme, sage and rosemary. We added parsley to create a broader garden like palette of flavor. This herb blend takes you into Western Europe and very specifically the British Islands where the classic poem that inspired it originated. The four time-honored herbs are mentioned in a medieval English folk song in which love must be proven by impossible tasks. The characteristics of the herbs call to mind features of lasting devotion; parsley (comfort), sage (strength), rosemary (love), & thyme (courage). These herbs not only match perfectly to poultry, but also to savory pastry, root vegetables/tubers, and hearty soups.
Usage Information:
Pairs great with Fig, Pomegranate, and Traditional Dark Balsamics.
