Flavored Barrel Aged Balsamic Vinegars: White & Dark
We import our own traditional white and dark balsamic bases direct from the original family-owned manufacturers located in the Modena region of Italy and create our own blend. All of our balsamic vinegars combine the highest concentration of cooked grape must with quality wine vinegar producing a full flavor from the sweet grapes and wonderful viscosity. We produce everything in at our facility in Southern California in small batches (around 10 liters) for perfect blending and freshness. We craft all of our own recipes by seeking out true and flavorful ingredients that are "real", never any artificial or lab-created natural flavorings. At enfuso it all comes straight from mother earth.
Pairings Info: Pairing suggestions are usually provided in our product descriptions. You can also pop over to our Perfect Pairings page for discounts on well, perfect pairings.
