We currently offer a small but growing list of pantry items in addition to our large selection of balsamic vinegars and California olive oils:
California Olives: Our marinated olives include vinegar brine and olive oil, the standard brine for our mission olives is made with a splash of champagne vinegar.
Dirty Martini Mix: Sourcing top notch long cured olives gives us access to the base for our martini mix. It has so much olive intensity and brininess, we really should call it “filthy”. Start small for a dirty result, but once you get used to it, don’t be afraid to splurge and go all the way to filthy.
Wine Vinegar: We discovered a love for well made wine vinegar. We started with one made from California grapes typical of the Champagne region of France and then added one from lambrusco grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy.

These are our slow cured Sicilian style California pitted olives marinated in our unique blend of spices, champagne vinegar, and extra virgin olive oil … but with a SPICY kick.
We add dried chili flakes to the marinade to bring on the heat without losing any of the delectable goodness of our classic marinated olive.
We start with a green California grown olive that has salt been cured over 10 months using traditional methods. The fruit is dense and creamy with a nice al dente feel but is not rubbery. It has no chemical after taste often found in quick cured olives. We pre-soak our olives and then carefully hand pack them in our custom designed spicy marinade which is a mix of salt free herbs, brine, champagne vinegar, extra virgin olive oil and dried chili flakes.
Our naturally cured rich and creamy olive bathed in our spicy/tart/rich vinegar and olive oil marinade will round out your charcuterie or snacking array, and add the perfect spicy umami finish to salads, pizzas, sandwhiches and more.
The olives are shelf stable. Feel free to put the jar in your refrigerator, but do not be surprised when the olive oil hardens becuase we use high quality extra virgin olive oil in our brine. No worries, just bring it back to room temp and shake a bit before eating.
