We currently offer a small but growing list of pantry items in addition to our large selection of balsamic vinegars and California olive oils:
California Olives: Our marinated olives include vinegar brine and olive oil, the standard brine for our mission olives is made with a splash of champagne vinegar.
Dirty Martini Mix: Sourcing top notch long cured olives gives us access to the base for our martini mix. It has so much olive intensity and brininess, we really should call it “filthy”. Start small for a dirty result, but once you get used to it, don’t be afraid to splurge and go all the way to filthy.
Wine Vinegar: We discovered a love for well made wine vinegar. We started with one made from California grapes typical of the Champagne region of France and then added one from lambrusco grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy.

We have the perfect every day olive for you.
These are extra larged pitted California Mission olives that are cured in salt brine over 10 months. This long curing process produces the perfect al dente mouth feel, a bit of tooth resistance, nothing rubbery or tough, and a creamy like texture when chewed.
We rinse the salty brine and package these olives in our signature champagne vinegar brine for a clean crisp finish. A blend of savory herbs is the finishing touch.
Use these olives for charcuterie, martinis, or just plain snacking. Olive lovers rejoice!
