We currently offer a small but growing list of pantry items in addition to our large selection of balsamic vinegars and California olive oils:
California Olives: Our marinated olives include vinegar brine and olive oil, the standard brine for our mission olives is made with a splash of champagne vinegar.
Dirty Martini Mix: Sourcing top notch long cured olives gives us access to the base for our martini mix. It has so much olive intensity and brininess, we really should call it “filthy”. Start small for a dirty result, but once you get used to it, don’t be afraid to splurge and go all the way to filthy.
Wine Vinegar: We discovered a love for well made wine vinegar. We started with one made from California grapes typical of the Champagne region of France and then added one from lambrusco grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy.

This organic tart and fruity red wine vinegar is made from the same Italian grapes that go into our amazing Titanium balsamic vinegar. We are the sole importer of this amazing wine vinegar from Italy. You will see that it seems slighly cloudy; this is because it is not fully filtered to allow much of the rich grape aromatics and fruit to remain. Our vinegar is at 6% acidity which means it is less “watered down”.
Red Wine Vinegar is great for making tart vinaigrettes, marinades, and sauces. It’s richer flavor makes it the perfect pairing for meats and hearty salads. And just try pickling with red wine vinegar for an amazing change of flavor!
We also like to blend it with our rich and sweet dark balsamic vinegars to add just a hint of tartness when the recipe calls for it. A single bottle is all you need to balance many bottles of our balsamic and allows you to create the level of savory/sweet balance you might be looking for.
