We currently offer a small but growing list of pantry items in addition to our large selection of balsamic vinegars and California olive oils:
California Olives: Our marinated olives include vinegar brine and olive oil, the standard brine for our mission olives is made with a splash of champagne vinegar.
Dirty Martini Mix: Sourcing top notch long cured olives gives us access to the base for our martini mix. It has so much olive intensity and brininess, we really should call it “filthy”. Start small for a dirty result, but once you get used to it, don’t be afraid to splurge and go all the way to filthy.
Wine Vinegar: We discovered a love for well made wine vinegar. We started with one made from California grapes typical of the Champagne region of France and then added one from lambrusco grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy.

The original curing brine used to make our unique salt cured olives is the basis for this incredible mix. The long curing process leaves a brine so intense in rich olive flavor that nothing can surpass it. The oily olivy richness coats the tongue while the briny intensity from the curing wakes up every taste bud. It is so intense, perhaps it should be labeled a “filthy martini mix”!
This brine will certainly complete the perfect modern but classic martini, but don’t sell it short. This olivey salty goodness will pefect many a sauce replacing many bottles of capers in the process.
Ingredients: Olive juice, salt, citric acid, lactic acid.
