We currently offer a small but growing list of pantry items in addition to our large selection of balsamic vinegars and California olive oils:
California Olives: Our marinated olives include vinegar brine and olive oil, the standard brine for our mission olives is made with a splash of champagne vinegar.
Dirty Martini Mix: Sourcing top notch long cured olives gives us access to the base for our martini mix. It has so much olive intensity and brininess, we really should call it “filthy”. Start small for a dirty result, but once you get used to it, don’t be afraid to splurge and go all the way to filthy.
Wine Vinegar: We discovered a love for well made wine vinegar. We started with one made from California grapes typical of the Champagne region of France and then added one from lambrusco grapes grown in the Reggio Emilia region of Italy.

This crisp and refreshing vinegar is produced from champagne created from California grown grapes. The unique character of this vinegar tells you that its pedigree started with true quality.
We love this tart intense vinegar as a basis for a vinaigrette using fruity extra virgin olive oil, a touch of honey and Dijon mustard.
We also like to blend it with our rich and sweet balsamic vinegars to add just a hint of tartness when the recipe calls for it. A single bottle is all you need to balance many bottles of our balsamic and allows you to create the level of savory/sweet balance you might be looking for.
