We bring together a variety of estate grown olive oils to create the perfect blend for your every day use. We personally select the oils and the blend ratios for both affordability and quality. We seek full but not over-powering flavors. We price it so that you don't feel any guilt about using it liberally. It has lots of rich fruit, a mild finish, and clean mouth feel. Feel free to combine with a variety of delicious vinegars to make great dressings but also for sauces and moderate heat saute’ing.
