Information about the enfuso professional baking kitchen:

  • We have two professional bakeries that we use for our own business and rent out only excess capacity.

  • We are interested in renters who can rent a minimum 8 hour time slot and can eventually commit to a minimum of 16 hours per week.

This facility is fully approved by the city and certified by the county as a commercial kitchen. However, it is not a complete kitchen; we do not handle any meat products and we do not have a cook top or a grease trap.

  3. prep sink, 3 compartment sink

  4. multiple prep tables with electrical strip for plugging in appliances

  5. micro-wave oven

SPECIAL AND UNIQUE FEATURES:

  1. The large Revent: this is an expensive and unique resource rarely found in a rental facility. What you will typically find are deck ovens. This resource can significantly improve your productivity and product quality.

  2. Solo usage: In many facilities you are sharing space while others are work. This opens you to risk of cross contamination, loss of privacy, and cramped quarters. In our facility you will work solo for your shift.

  3. ​Cleanliness: We maintain high standards and only rent to those with training and motivation to keep our space at the same high standard. You can feel confident in the level of cleanliness maintained.

  4. ​Usage space: Ours is an open, well lit facility. You will not feel cramped!

  5. ​Flexibility: We work with you on a schedule that supports your business.

STORAGE:

  1. We offer free storage space for one standard size wheeled storage rack to users who see themselves as long term users and pay in advance for a minimum of 8 hours per week. You must provide your own rack.

  2. There is limited space available in our commercial refrigerator; can discuss options during inquiry if cold space is needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Proof of insurance, business documentation, references, reasonable security deposit.

  2. Knowledge of and compliance to applicable county/state health and safety requirements while use the facility.

  3. Consistent and proper care of the facility while using it including leaving it in the same state of cleanliness that you found it.
