We add richly flavored fajita spice mixes to our estate grown extra virgin olive oil with a hint of our Persian lime. This oil is excellent, as a marinade for fish, to make a spicy pasta or a flat bread with Mexican cotija cheese, and of course, for crusty bread dipping!
Usage Information:
Pairs well with our Ginger, Mango, or Orange Guava Balsamic Vinegars.

California extra virgin olive oil co-pressed with Persian limes, fajita spices (Tomato powder, mixed bell peppers, Hungarian paprika, California paprika, salt, chiles, onion, cumin, Mexican oregano, black pepper and garlic), aleppo chilis
